This class is for first-timers. Aerial silks begins with the basics of body awareness and strength conditioning. Students will learn foot locks and climbs as well as build core strength for inverted moves. Fitted pants or leggings and a fitted shirt that covers your torso are highly recommended to help avoid “fabric burn” caused by friction. Jewelry must be removed. 60 minutes.
Prerequisite: Solid climbs, foot locks and inverts.
This class is for students who have a firm understanding of the fundamentals taught in Beginner Aerial Silks and are fluid in moves on their non-dominant side. Expect more intense conditioning and skill reviewing. Students will learn more complex tricks involving double foot locks, combos, transitions and crowd pleasing drops!

For kids/teens ages 8-15. Kids and young teens have the opportunity to learn an exciting, unique aerial apparatus. This class will challenge your child in a fun and safe environment. Students will learn the basics of aerial silks including foot locks, climbs and poses.
This class is for first-timers. Lyra (aerial hoop) begins with the basics of body awareness and strength conditioning. Class will begin with a muscle conditioning warm-up. Students will learn the various techniques to mount and dismount the hoop, hangs and beginner poses and transitions. After learning these fundamentals, students progress to the intermediate-level Lyra classes.
Pre-registration is required for this class. No walk-ins please.

If you’ve never taken a pole dance class before, this is the class for you! Studio Spin introduces you to the exciting world of pole dance! Learn the basic fundamentals of pole dance such as proper technique, hand placement, correct posture, walking around the pole and basic transitions. This class is required before participating in any pole class.

These fundamental classes are taught in a progression for maximum support and growth on your pole journey. You will learn basic spins, transitions, upright poses on the pole and floorwork. Each class includes a full body warm up, conditioning exercises to help build muscle memory, strength and endurance and a cool down with light stretching. 60 minutes.
Prerequisite: Successful execution of Level 1 spins, holds and transitions and ability to climb comfortably.
These fundamental classes are taught in a progression for maximum support and growth on your pole journey. Learn more intermediate spins, climbs and basic tricks on the pole. Each class includes a full body warm up, conditioning exercises to help build muscle memory, strength and endurance and a cool down with light stretching. 60 minutes.
Prerequisite: Successful execution of Level 2 spins, transitions and basic tricks on pole or 5 months of pole dance experience.
It’s time to go upside down! You will learn basic leg hangs and dismounts, intermediate tricks, in addition to learning more advanced spins. Each class includes a full body warm up, conditioning exercises to help build muscle memory, strength and endurance and a cool down with light stretching. 60 minutes.
Prerequisite: Successful execution of Level 3 spins, holds and poses or 8 months of pole dance experience including inverted leg hangs, leg switches and Caterpillar Climb.
Get ready to learn more advanced holds, transitions and inverted poses. Each class includes a full body warm up, conditioning exercises to help build muscle memory, strength and endurance and a cool down with light stretching. 60 minutes.
Prerequisite: Successful execution of Level 4 tricks and transitions or at least 12 months of pole dancing experience including inverted tricks. This class can only be taken with an instructor approval.
Now that you have mastered intermediate and advanced pole tricks, it’s time to get serious about pole acrobatics! This class is all about advanced handspring variations, drops and gravity-defying tricks. 60 minutes.
Prerequisite: Intro to Pole or Pole Prep.
Offered 2nd & 4th Tuesdays at 8:15pm
Find your sexy in this beginner-level pole class! You’ll learn a variety of beginner spins, flirty pole transitions, floorwork and how to walk with confidence in heels. We’ll put it all together in a mini-routine at the end of class. Heels are recommended but not required. 60 minutes.
Knee pads and legwarmers are highly recommended for floorwork.
Prerequisite: Only for 18+ women who have taken at least 8 Level 1 classes or have 2 months of prior training.
Turn up the heat with sensual movement and hair whips! This smoldering class combines lower third pole work, floor work and chair dance. Learn how to slink, slide and peel off layers while looking fierce! Each class will end with a freestyle dance.
Be sure to bring extra layers of clothing. Knee pads, legwarmers and platform heels are strongly recommended. 60 minutes.
Prerequisite: Only for clients who have taken at least 8 Level 2 classes or have 4 months of prior training.
Combine your pole skills with contemporary dance style. This class focuses on exploring new and unique movement around and up on the pole. Learn to let go and let the music inspire you. Each class begins with a dance-based warm-up and improv exercises. Followed by learning a short piece of stylized choreography and freestyle designed to improve your sense of musicality. Bring shorts, pants and knee pads. Foot gloves/lyrical half soles are also recommended if you have sensitive feet. 60 minutes.
Prerequisite: Only for clients who have been taking Level 2 classes for at least 4 weeks or have 4 months of prior training.
Revisit your favorite spins and tricks on spin mode…it’s a whole other world. Spin mode adds a level of difficulty when centrifugal force is added to the mix. Learn how to control your speed and smooth out your spins and tricks. 60 minutes.
Use this open gym time to practice and refine your aerial/pole skills. This is not a class. An instructor will be present for spotting, but will not be teaching anything new. Students must work within their level of abilities. UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES ARE STUDENTS ALLOWED TO TEACH OTHER STUDENTS. 60 minutes.
Let your inner show girl shine through in this revamped chair dance class that combines classic and neo burlesque with contemporary music video style choreography to create an exciting cabaret experience. Think Dita Von Teese meets Pussycat Dolls. You’ll have so much fun dancing and using props that you’ll forget you’re even toning your core muscles! Feel free to wear sequins or anything that sparkles! 60 minutes.
Learn how to move across the floor like a sexy ninja! This class begins with a core conditioning warm-up and stretching to increase mobility and prepare your body for floorwork. Develop your floorwork skills such as shoulder rolls, shoulder stands and hand balances. Be sure to wear a shirt that covers your back & shoulders and leggings.
Leg warmers, knee pads and platform heels are strongly recommended.
Strength and flexibility go hand in hand. This class focuses on core conditioning by using your own body as resistance. We will compliment these strength building exercises with active and static stretching for flexibility. Use this class to supplement your pole workout or just as a great body toner. 60 minutes.

We periodically offer beginner and intermediate belly dance classes in 5-week series. Learn the basics such as hip and shoulder shimmies, snake hips, rib circles and fluid arm movement in the beginner basics class. Intermediate classes introduce light choreography, use of props like fans, traveling, transitions, and layering movements.
Tone up and lose weight in this energetic hoop class. This class is open to all levels. Each class begins with a gentle yoga warm-up incorporating your hoop, followed by creative hoop drills, exercises and games. Whether you’re a newbie or experienced hooper, this high energy class is sure to give your body a fantastic workout. Hoops are provided. Be sure to bring a bottle of water. 60 minutes.
