Signing up for class is easy! Click on ‘Sign up for class’ at the top. This will take you to our MindBody online scheduler where you will need to create a login. Once logged in, click on the ‘classes’ tab and click ‘sign up’ next to the class name that you would like to take. The system will walk you through choosing a payment option (single class drop-in, class pack, etc.) and take you to the check out screen. You can pay with a Visa or Mastercard online. For cash payments, please stop by the studio in advance to pay in cash.
If a class is waitlisted, that means that all the available spots are taken up. By being on the waitlist, there’s still the chance that a spot may open up and will be given to the first person on the wait list. Please review our Wait List policy on our Policies page.
Monthly memberships are great if you plan on attending at least two classes per week. All memberships auto debit your credit card the same date each month for 12 months. Membership contracts have a minimum 3-month commitment. After the initial 90 days, you may continue your monthly membership or cancel if you need to. There is a $99 cancellation fee if you cancel your membership before the first 90 days.
The majority of our classes are co-ed. Any class that is specific for women will be marked “women only” next to the class description.
You may reserve a spot for your friend online. Once logged in to MindBody, click “Sign Up” next to the class you wish to attend. When the Reservation Window pops up, choose “Make Reservation for Someone Else”. A text box will appear where you can type in the First and Last name of your friend. Please call the studio at 717-207-9337 if you need assistance with signing up your friend for class and we can get you and your friend signed up and paid for class. Your friend will also need to create a MindBody account in order to be added to the class roster. Please note: buying an extra class on your MindBody account (for a friend) isn’t sufficient for signing up him or her for class with you.

FOR POLE CLASSES Shorts, a tank top and sports bra are recommended. Pants and long sleeved shirts are not recommended as skin is needed to be exposed, to stick to the pole. Fabric will slide right down the pole, giving you no grip. All jewelry needs to be removed. ***Underwear is not appropriate attire and you will not be allowed to participate if only wearing underwear. FOR AERIAL SILKS CLASSES Fitted pants or leggings and a fitted shirt that covers your torso are highly recommended to help avoid “fabric burn” caused by friction. All jewelry needs to be removed. FOR FLOOR WORK AND STRETCHING CLASSES Yoga pants, leggings and legwarmers are highly recommended. It is important to keep the body warm when deep stretching muscles. Floorplay requires leggings, shirts that cover the back, and socks or platform-approved heels.
Water, a towel, yoga mat (if you have one) and appropriate workout attire for class.
You are encouraged to sign up online as soon as possible for the class you would like to attend, to guarantee your spot in class. We do accept walk-in students only if a class is running and there is an open space in class, however please call the studio first to ensure a spot is available before arrival. Plan to arrive 10-15 minutes early for registration if this is your first visit. Pre-registration is required for Intro to Pole. If there are less than two students signed up for a class, it will be cancelled within two hours of its start time, which is why we encourage students to sign up ahead of time.
We are unable refund your class but are happy to reschedule. We will always do our best to accommodate your needs. Please cancel your reservation as soon as possible online. A 4-hour notice is required. If you do not notify us of your cancellation and therefore absent for class, you will not be credited back for that class. Monthly members will be charged a $15 fee for absents in class.
Absolutely! Pole and Aerial build upper body strength. Our job is to get you stronger quickly. We will teach you everything you need to know on how to become stronger in your upper body, core and all over body fitness. If you really want to jump start your muscle conditioning, take our Pole Conditioning class!
If you already have experience in aerial silks, pole, belly dance or hoop from having taken a class elsewhere or are self-taught, you don’t have to start at the beginner level. However, if you are interested in taking an advanced pole or aerial class, you will need to demonstrate your skill level at the studio prior to signing up for class.
Heels are not required. Pole is easier to learn barefoot. You will work your way up to adding the weight of the heels to your workout if you would like to use them later on. You will only be allowed to wear approved “dancer” heels that have a proper rubber bottom and secure backing as they are safer and appropriate for this workout. Regular high heels are not allowed. If you really want to swing around a pole in heels, you are encouraged to attend our Sexy Flow class on Friday nights!
Pole classes are identified by level and prerequisites. If a class doesn’t specify a prerequisite, anyone without prior experience can take that class.
Spectators are not allowed in class due to the privacy and safety of our students.
Yes we do! We offer 10% off single classes, class packs and monthly memberships. Stop by the studio to present your valid ID so we can set up your account with the 10% discount. Discount is valid for 6 months at a time. After 6 months, you must re-present your valid ID to continue the discount.
DO NOT PUT ANY LOTION on your hands or legs at least five hours prior to pole class. Sweating will release the lotion back to the surface, causing you to lose grip and slide down the pole, which can be dangerous. DO NOT WEAR ANY JEWELRY to pole or aerial classes as it can cause damage to the poles and silks fabric.
