Rachel is an AFAA-certified group fitness instructor, trained in injury prevention, pole spotting, Mat Science and communication, and continues her training to stay up-to-date on pole safety. Her passion, funny personality and enthusiasm shine through in her classes. Her goal as an instructor is to uplift and motivate her students with positive energy.
