Classes are on a first come first served basis. Be sure to sign up for a class online to reserve your spot before arriving. Purchasing a membership does not guarantee you a spot in class unless you reserve your class in advance. Plan on arriving 10 minutes early. DO NOT BE LATE. You should be dressed and ready to start your session at the scheduled time. If you are more than 10 minutes late to class, you will not be able to participate. Each class begins with a proper warm-up to prepare your body for class. Missing this important part of class is a safety issue and your safety is our #1 priority! We kindly ask that you respect both our instructors and other students by showing up on time. It is suggested to arrive at least ten minutes prior to your scheduled class to avoid forfeiting your spot.


All classes must be paid in full before you can participate. We accept Visa, Mastercard and cash. There are no refunds on class packages and/or merchandise. All sales are final.


ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Classes, Class Packs and Memberships are non-refundable and non-transferable. Before purchasing a class package, make sure you are aware of the expiration date and terms of use. We do not extend expiration dates. If you show up late to a class, you will not be allowed to participate and will not be refunded your money.

CANCELLATIONS (4-hour Policy)

If you are unable to attend one of your scheduled classes, let us know in advance. We have a strict 4-hour cancellation policy. As long as you cancel at least 4 hours before your scheduled class, you will not lose that class. The class credit will go back on your MindyBody account and you will be able to apply it towards another class. If you late cancel, you will forfeit that class from your account package. PRIVATE LESSONS: Please provide at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel a private lesson, otherwise you will lose your payment. There are no refunds on late cancellations. Monthly members who are absent in class will be charged a $15 fee. All other clients who are absent for class will forfeit their credit(s) or payment for that class. ***This cancellation policy does not apply to HEN PARTIES. This is for regularly scheduled classes and private appointments only.


If you are absent to a class which you are signed up for, you will forfeit your class reservation. And will not be refunded or re-credited for that missed class. Monthly members will be charged a $15 fee each time they are absent for class. No exceptions.


If you know you are planning to attend class, please reserve your spot online ahead of time. Any class with less than 2 participants signed up for class within 2-hours of class time, will unfortunately have to be cancelled. In the event that class is cancelled due to inclement weather or the instructor becomes incapacitated, you will be notified by phone and/or email and credited for that class.


When classes are full, you can sign up to be on the wait list. Frequently clients will sign out early from classes, making room for those on the wait list. When a spot becomes available, you will receive an automatic email, letting you know you have been bumped into class and are no longer on the wait list. If you are added into class, you will be held to the same cancellation policy as any other class you sign up for. In case a spot opens up within 4 hours of class time, you will be notified by phone that you have been added to class from the wait list. Please make sure your phone number and email are up to date on your account, so we can easily contact you. If you are signed up for the wait list, we assume you still intend on coming to class should a spot open. If you are not sure you will be able to make it with short notice, please remove yourself from the wait list to avoid being charged for class in case you are added in. For morning classes, check your email by 9am to see if you’ve been added to class. If no spots become available, your Mindbody account will be credited for that unused class.


Before participating in any Studio Spin activity, all participants are required to fill out a medical questionnaire and sign a disclaimer. If you are pregnant or think you may be pregnant please let us know. As with any new physical activity you should always consult your doctor first.


Taking pictures and filming, is not allowed during class instruction. Please respect the instructor and other students by not disrupting class. If you want to take pictures or film yourself, you are welcome to do so during the following times:

  • Pole Parties
  • Private classes
  • Private Space Rental
  • Open Pole Play Time
  • Before or after class


We allow clients as young as 16 to participate in class. If you are under the age of 18, we require a parental consent. Your parent or legal guardian needs to accompany you to the studio, so they can sign a release form with a copy of their ID. This is for insurance liability purposes. Feel free to sign up for class, but make sure you are accompanied by your parent when coming in for your first class.


No alcohol is allowed to be consumed before participating in any physical activity at the studio. If you are intoxicated upon arrival to our studio, you will not be allowed to participate in class and will not be refunded your money.


Please wear proper workout attire when participating in classes. Acceptable workout attire is: athletic wear such as opaque fitted shorts, sports bras and/or tank tops, or opaque leggings and yoga pants. See-through material and underwear is not acceptable as workout attire.


  • Please respect your instructors and fellow students by not disrupting class with phone conversations, taking photos or video or obnoxious behavior
  • We do not tolerate bullying or disrespecting of other students and their personal space. Such behavior will result of removal from the studio and you will be banned from taking classes at Studio Spin.
