Class Policies

Classes are on a first come first served basis. Be sure to sign up for a class online to reserve your spot before arriving. Purchasing a membership does not guarantee you a spot in class. Plan on arriving 10 minutes early. You should be dressed and ready to start your session at the scheduled time.

All classes must be paid in full before you can participate. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay, Google Pay, ACH and cash. There are no refunds on class packages and/or merchandise. All sales are final.

If you know you are planning to attend class, please reserve your spot online ahead of time. Any class with less than 3 participants signed up within 6-hours of class time, will unfortunately have to be canceled. In the event that class is canceled due to inclement weather or the instructor becomes incapacitated, you will be notified by phone and/or email and credited for that class.

Running Late

If you are more than 5 minutes late to class, you will not be able to participate and will forfeit your class. Each class begins with a proper warm-up to prepare your body for class. Missing this important part of class is a safety issue and your safety is our #1 priority! We kindly ask that you respect both our instructors and other students by showing up on time. It is suggested to arrive at least 10 minutes early so you can be ready to go by the start of class.

Refunds & Transfers

Classes and Memberships are non-refundable and non-transferable. Single classes are valid for 30 days from date of purchase. We do not extend expiration dates.

Late Cancellation (6-hour Policy)

If you are unable to attend one of your scheduled classes, log in to your account to cancel your class reservation. We have a strict 6-hour cancellation policy. As long as you cancel at least 6 hours before your scheduled class, you will not lose that class. The class credit will go back on your account and you will be able to apply it towards another class. If you late cancel, you will forfeit that class from your account package.

SERIES CLASSES: Please provide at least 72-hours notice if you need to reschedule your Intro Series. Otherwise you will lose your payment. There are no refunds/credits for canceling after the 72-hour mark.

PRIVATE LESSONS: Please provide at least 24-hours notice if you need to cancel a private lesson, otherwise you will lose your payment. There are no credits on late cancellations.

***This cancellation policy does not apply to PRIVATE PARTIES. This is for regularly scheduled classes and private appointments only.

No Show

If you are absent to a class which you are signed up for, you will forfeit your class reservation. And will not be refunded or re-credited for that missed class. Memberships will be charged an $15 fee for each absence in class. The fee will be automatically charged to your credit card on file.

Waitlist

When classes are full, you can sign up to be on the waitlist. Frequently clients will sign out early from classes, making room for those on the waitlist. When a spot becomes available, you will receive a notification (email and/or text message) up to 2 hours prior to class time. If you are added into class, you will be held to the same cancellation policy as our classes. You are responsible for checking your email and/or text messages during this time for any class updates. Your studio notifications (email and/or text messaging) MUST be turned on with a current phone number and email so we can easily contact you. If no spots become available, your account will be credited for that unused class.

If you are signed up for the waitlist, we assume you still intend on coming to class should a spot open. If you are not sure you will be able to make it with short notice, please remove yourself from the waitlist to avoid being charged for class in case you are added in. For morning classes, check your email/texts by 9am to see if you’ve been added to class.

Age Limitations

We allow students as young as 15 to participate in class. If you are under the age of 18, we require a parental consent. Your parent or legal guardian needs to accompany you to the studio, so they can sign a release form with a copy of their ID. This is for insurance liability purposes. Feel free to sign up for class, but make sure you are accompanied by your parent when coming in for your first class.

We do not allow children under the age of 15 in the studio. The atmosphere of our studio is designed with our adult clients in mind. We thank you for your understanding.

Alcoholic Beverages

No alcohol is allowed to be consumed before participating in any physical activity at the studio. If you are intoxicated upon arrival to our studio, you will not be allowed to participate in class and will not be refunded your money.

Proper Attire

Remove all jewelry prior to class. Athletic wear such as opaque fitted shorts, sports bras and/or tank tops, or opaque leggings and yoga pants are acceptable. See-through material and underwear is not acceptable as workout attire. All intimate areas must be covered. This includes genitals and nipples.

Behavior at the Studio

Please respect your instructors and fellow students by not disrupting class with phone conversations, taking photos or video or obnoxious behavior.

We do not tolerate bullying or disrespecting of other students and their personal space. Such behavior will result of removal from the studio and you will be banned from taking classes at Studio Spin.
