What classes are you currently taking at Studio Spin and when did you start?
I’m currently taking Pole 1&2, trying to sneak in a flexibility class and some of the other sexy pole/chair classes or exotic classes when I can!
What do you like about your classes?
My classes and dancing at the studio have had a huge impact on my mental health. I was struggling a lot before I found this, and learning pole and dancing has helped me overcome some really hard issues in my life! It helped me find the fire I didn’t even know I had, and inspired me to keep working and compete/perform!
What is your current favorite move or trick?
Back hook/chair combination.
What is your current nemesis trick?
I’ve always struggled with Rockstar spin, but I think it’s a flexibility issue, so I’m working on it!
What is your favorite kind of music to dance to? Do you have a favorite song?
I’ll dance to anything from Country to R&B. I think my favorite song currently is Wobble, because I went to the Twerkshop and can actually dance to that now!
Do you have a guilty pleasure?
I will never turn down a good margarita!
Are there any books and/or movies you recommend?
I love the Fallen book series, and LOVE the movie Burlesque.

What is the coolest place that you’ve traveled to?
Coolest place I’ve been to is Nashville! It is so much fun and you absolutely have to spend an evening on broadway when you go!
Favorite food?
Cheese fries.
Is there any place in Lancaster that you recommend going to?
I’m not super familiar with Lancaster, but BJs by Park City is awesome!
Do you have any advice for newbies just starting out?
Don’t get discouraged by how difficult a trick or even climbing the pole may seem, and don’t get upset about being a little bruised or sore. In a month or two, you’ll forget you even struggled with it, and climb to the top of the pole like a pro. Don’t give up!
