Don’t miss out on the fun! Schedule your first class to activate your New Client Special. Your New Client Special expires 30 days from your first booked class. If you’ve already created an account with us, use your existing email and password.
We want to make sure you have the best experience at our studio. Here are some helpful reminders.
- Class reservations must be made in advance to guarantee your spot in class. Make sure to arrive 10 minutes before class so you can get settled in.
- Plan ahead. Allow extra travel time for traffic. If you are more than 10 minutes late to class, you will not be able to participate.
- Do not wear any lotion prior to class. Slippery hands are frustrating and can cause a safety issue.
- Remove all jewelry…evening wedding rings. Jewelry can damage our equipment. Save the jewelry for a night out on the town.
- Bring water and maybe a sweat towel.
- Have patience with yourself. Learning new skills is an exciting journey. Enjoy the experience!
