Vertical Pole – Tuesdays 10-11:15am

Kids and young teens have the opportunity to learn an exciting, unique aerial apparatus in this 4-week series. Each class is 75 minutes long and will challenge your child in a fun and safe environment. Students will learn the basics of vertical pole including climbs, spins and holds and some floor tumbling.
Aerial Silks – Thursdays 10-11:15am
July 14 – August 4
Kids and young teens have the opportunity to learn an exciting, unique aerial apparatus in this 4-week series. Each class is 75 minutes long and will challenge your child in a fun and safe environment. Students will learn the basics of aerial silks including foot locks, climbs and poses.
