Aerial silks and Lyra, I think I started coming consistently about 8 months ago.

I am becoming so much stronger. I can now lift myself off the ground, which was something I could not do when I started. Probably skydiving.

Is there any place in Lancaster that you recommend going to?
Iron Hill for a good meal and beer. JJ Jeffries if you feel like splurging…

Do you have any advice for newbies just starting out?
Don’t worry about not being “good”. Nobody here is going to judge you. Just be yourself and have fun!
